Group will be held in East Nashville
Open to all adults. Investment is $300 for the 6 week series.
Whether you are actively navigating a personal change or want to cultivate tools to help you navigate change, this group is for you.
During our 6 weeks, you will:
Explore universal and personal themes of change.
Learn and practice concepts of mindful photography.
Get into conversation with yourself and the world you live in.
Practice presence.
Gain perspective, clarity, and insight.
Experience awe & wonder.
Feel a greater sense of personal agency.
Meaningfully shape your relationship with change.
Have fun.
Play with your creative expression.
Build connection and community.
Develop practices and tools to help you navigate change.
*No photography experience required.
Smart phone will be used for mindful photography exercises. If you have another camera, you are welcome to bring it to use during group sessions.
This will be a small group with a maximum of 6 people to foster connection and allow plenty of time and space for creative exploration and expression. Attendees will be asked to commit to attend all sessions.
Each group will include:
mindful photography instruction,
time for practicing mindful photography,
reflective journaling,
and opportunities for personal sharing (optional).
Group sessions will include time outside (weather dependent) and gentle walking, please dress appropriately.
